• Contains malware or malicious code
• Infringes intellectual property rights
• Is hateful, discriminatory, or harassing
• Contains personal information of others without consent

6.1 Location Tracking

Our Service allows you to share your real-time location with viewers. You control when location tracking is enabled and can stop it at any time. Location data is displayed on your public profile when active.

Your StreamIRL profile page is publicly accessible via your custom URL. Information you choose to display (username, platform links, trips, memories) will be visible to anyone who visits your page.

6.3 OBS Integration

We provide browser source URLs for OBS Studio integration. You are responsible for properly configuring these overlays in your streaming software.

6.4 Moderator System

You may invite moderators to help manage your content. Moderators you designate will have permissions to edit your trips, destinations, and memories. You are responsible for moderator actions on your account.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Our Rights

StreamIRL.tv, our logo, and all related trademarks are owned by StreamIRL LLC. All software, designs, text, and graphics are protected by intellectual property laws.

7.2 Your Rights

You retain all rights to your User Content. We do not claim ownership of photos, trip information, or other content you upload.

7.3 Third-Party Services

We integrate with third-party services (Twitch, Kick). You are responsible for complying with their respective terms of service.

8. Privacy and Data

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using StreamIRL, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

9.1 No Warranty

StreamIRL.tv is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure service.
